PSA, short for Pressure Swing Adsorption, is a kind of the advanced technology for air separation, and it plays an irreplaceable role in nowadays on-site gas supplying. PSA nitrogen generation usually adopts two adsorption towers, which are filled with the Carbon Molecular Sieve (CMS). CMS has many tiny holes, under the certain pressure, the tiny holes have different adsorption capacity to nitrogen and oxygen. When one tower adsorbs oxygen and produces nitrogen, the other desorbs oxygen and makes regeneration. This alternate process constantly produces nitrogen.
Nitrogen Gas Plants are widely used in the food and beverages industries, chemical and pharmaceutical industries, glass, electronics, metallurgy, and petroleum industries. The working of membrane systems is based on the differential velocities of the gas components infused inside the hollow fiber membrane. Due to the partial difference in the pressure of external and internal gases, the separation is acquired. Lab scale nitrogen gas generator is also based on PSA. Nitrogen produced using these technologies are 99.99% pure.

Normally our PSA system can provide pressure at discharge to about 6 kg/cm2g but it can be increased up to the higher pressure of 150 kg/cm2g based on client's requirement. for this, we need the additional booster, suction pot and finned cooler after the surge vessel so as to enhance the pressure up to higher pressure before the storage tank.
