Metal Brite- It is used to remove loose paint from hold area without manual clipping and hammering action, cleaning by manual operation takes more time as well as consumes extra manpower for paint removing.
Degreaser- It is used to clean oil grease surface, without extra force. As degreaser it completely emulsify oily and greasy content. Cleaning of oily area it consumes more time, if proper emulsification of oil grease not done. Having degreaser on board it saves lot of time money as well as manpower,
How to use?
Simply apply and spray or contaminated area and leave for 10 minutes then finally wash hold with aquatuff to get optimum result.
Hold block slip coat- very important part of chemicals. Before loading of cargo, if hold block applied, then ther is no more time required to next cargo loading. Rxsol hold block is polymer based material, which can be applied with water mixing, after application of hold block a thin transparent layer of polymer will form, which prohibiting direct contact of cargo from holl and during cargo loading simple flush is required to clean complete hold
Bilge coat it used to neutralize acid which I formed during sulfur and salt etc.It is more effective as compare to alkaline products.
