RXSOL branding present it as a Heavy-Duty Glycol Antifreeze Coolant. One correction: (CH₂OH)₂ is not the proper formula for ethylene glycol; use C₂H₆O₂ / HOCH₂CH₂OH. DESCRIPTION
RXSOL Heavy-Duty Antifreeze Coolant is an ethylene glycol-based cooling fluid formulated for use in heavy-duty engine and industrial cooling systems.
The product contains 40–50% glycol together with water and a corrosion-inhibitor/additive package designed to provide effective heat transfer while helping protect cooling-system components against corrosion, rust, scale formation and temperature-related damage.
RXSOL Heavy-Duty Antifreeze Coolant provides year-round cooling-system protection and is particularly suitable for heavy-duty diesel engines, generators, construction equipment, marine engines and other closed-circuit cooling systems, subject to equipment-manufacturer recommendations.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Where supplied as a 40–50% glycol ready-to-use coolant, RXSOL Heavy-Duty Antifreeze Coolant should normally be charged directly into a clean cooling system without additional dilution, subject to the required freeze protection and engine manufacturer's instructions.
Before filling:

  1. Drain the old coolant completely.
  2. Flush contaminated cooling systems where necessary.
  3. Check hoses, seals and connections for leakage.
  4. Fill with RXSOL Heavy-Duty Antifreeze Coolant.
  5. Remove trapped air according to the equipment manufacturer's procedure.
  6. Run the system and check coolant level after circulation.
  7. Top up with compatible coolant as required.

Do not mix different coolant technologies unless their compatibility has been established.

IMPORTANT
The exact freeze point, boiling point, corrosion performance and compliance with ASTM D6210/D3306 or individual OEM specifications must be established by laboratory testing of the finished product.
ASTM or OEM compliance should not be printed on the RXSOL label/TDS solely on the basis of glycol concentration.

STORAGE & HANDLING
Store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated area in tightly closed original containers.
Avoid contamination with oils, fuels, acids, incompatible coolants or other chemicals.
Ethylene glycol is harmful if swallowed. Avoid ingestion and unnecessary skin or eye contact. Keep away from children and animals.
Refer to the RXSOL Safety Data Sheet before handling.
