Deodorisers denote equipment used for deodorising, the final stage in vegetable oil refining. Deodorising removes odoriferous material, free fatty acids, and other undesired minor components to produce a bland oil with a good shelf life. Deodorising is the final stage of the refining process and it is used to free the bleached/dewaxed oil from the odoriferous material, free fatty acids and other minor impurities present. Dubichem's special Deodorisation plant processes bleached oil to give superior quality odorless, colorless, bland oil with good shelf life.

Deodorization principle. Deodorization is actually a stripping process in which a given amount of a stripping agent (usually steam) is passed for a given period of time through hot oil at a low pressure. Hence, it is mainly a physical process in which various volatile components are removed.
