A-type Silica Gel is also known as Fine Pore Silica Gel. Contains fine pores and shows a large internal surface area. having a high moisture-absorbing capacity at low humidity and is used as a desiccant for storage of food and metal parts. Type A simply absorbs water vapour in the atmosphere in a normal humidity range.
