 The process of disparate emulsion like water in oil by using special chemicals is known as demulsifier of emulsion breaker.
Rxsol Demulsifier is used to stand-alone demulsifier to separate formation water from crude oil emulsion there are vast difference and characteristics’ of crude oil produced in various fields. Use and application of soluble demulsified testing & Selection is accomplished by standard bottle test in lab followed by field trial tests. They are commonly used in the processing of crude oil for effectively separating formation water from the emulsion in crude oil.
This is a complex chemical which is removed from water in oil and vice versa, which are generated or produced in crude oil, petroleum recovery & REFINERY PROCESS. As this emulsion contains water, which causes a problem for oil & Gas producer so the emulsion has to break down or demulsified to separate out of the water.
Uses of demulsifier or emulsion breaker
Remove oil from the wastewater stream.
Remove water from petrochemical, natural oil 7 water-gas mixture.
Remove solid from sludge
Minimize the wastage to store from waste system
