Hydrochloric Acid HCl substitute / replacement : If you are looking HCl to use for scale and rust cleaning purpose, then stop its uses as its liberate chlorinated fumes also due to its corrosive nature damaging the surface. We have done lots of experiment with HCl and observed that Hydrochloric acid making surface rough and damaging surounding metal surface rusty due to chlorine fumes.
