RXSOL-35-3764-210 is a field proven, dilutable, waterbased hydraulic fluid specifically formulated for use in high-pressure open / vent to sea Blow Out Preventer (BOP) control systems. The fluid prevents valves from sticking even after long static periods and improves system life under slow moving high load conditions. Control of water content :After evaporation De-ionized Water should be used for any additions. During applicationa and evaporation water content easily can be evaporated. Which can be controlloed by checking viscosity of the fluid or its density or any other means by using Karl Fisher method.
Water content should be controlled within 35% to 45% by weight.

In order to reduce water evaporation, system should not be used above 65 °C. The recommended maximum operating temperature is 50 °C. To maintain fire-resistance it is important to monitor the water content of the fluid and replenish if necessary when operating at elevated bulk fluid temperatures.
