How to use MembraneGuard MG 11 Silt Remover:
- Add RO permeate to the cleaning tank.
- Add 25 grams of Floclean MC11 gradually for every liter of available cleaning tank space.
- The cleaning solution can be heated to increase cleaning efficacy.
- Use a mixer to thoroughly mix the solution or run it through the cleaning pump.
- Adhere to the temperature restrictions set by the membrane manufacturer.
- For one hour, follow the flow rate suggested by the membrane or system manufacturer and circulate the solution through the membrane bank in the feed direction.

To avoid the removed solids from redepositing, the first return flow—up to 15% of the cleaning tank volume—should be routed to the drain in cases of severe fouling.
