RXSOL 2000 is blend of nitrite based corrosion inhibitors for engine system to protect and prevents corrosion or rusting of metal by forming a passive coating of protective film on the metal surface. Its special formula and combination of ferrous and non-ferrous corrosion inhibitor, non-carbonate buffer, scale inhibitor, dispersant and leak detection dye.
It contains Nitrite, Nitrate, TT, Borate, Silicate and Polyacrylate for Aluminum, MS, Copper and Cu-alloys to provide metal corrosion protection, Scale prevention and its Temperature resistance -29oC to 215oC
Main feature of RXSOL 2000 is Extends system life and Enhances system efficiency.
Application and Dosage is 1ltr for every 32ltrs of water/coolant.
Initial dose: Add RXSOL 2000 - 1ltr for every 32ltrs of water/coolant to maintain a nitrite level of about 1200ppm.
To maintain a correct inhibitor level in the system, it is necessary to always top-up the system with RXSOL 2000 during make-up requirement of plain water/coolant.
Regular dose (for small system less than 80ltrs): RXSOL 2000 - 1ltr for every 32ltrs of water/coolant after every 20,000kms or 250hours or running.
Regular dose (for large system above 80ltrs): Add RXSOL 2000 - 1ltr for every 80ltrs of water/coolant at every routine service.
Shelf life in use: RXSOL 2000 should be drained and flushed once every year
Use goggles, respirator, gloves and boots should be worn while handling and applying chemicals. Splashes on skin should be washed off with water immediately. In case of splashing into the eyes, flush it with fresh water and obtain medical attention. Should not be injected. Please refer MSDS for more details.
